I was having really really heavy periods my hormones were just majorly out of whack I was feeling depressed and easily irritated. I ended up getting pregnant but had a miscarriage and that’s when I decided to try this. It was clearly my body was not right. Well I could feel the difference within days!!!! I swear by this product. It truly works!!!!! My mood evened out I was no longer a wreck and my periods went from a week of such heavy bleeding I had to wear my daughters diapers because everything else would bleed right through as soon as I stood up to a light four day period no cramps or pms-ing. I am now ten weeks pregnant and going strong. I had a hard time making myself stop taking the pills because I felt so great and was concerned that would change if I stopped taking them but I don’t know if they are safe during pregnancy so I’m not taking them for now.

This product is amazing. I've been undergoing treated for uterine cancer/pre-cancer for over a year (because I was trying to preserve my fertility). I bleed nonstop for months without relief. After taking these for the first time (two pills twice that day) and I stopped bleeding the next day. I took the product for a few weeks and during the entire time I was free from all cramps and spotting. Unfortunately I had to stop taking all medications in preparation for a hysterectomy. After I discontinued use, I immediately started spotting again and it just got heavier until it was in full flow. During the time I took it, this product offered me relief at a time when I didn't think it was possible.

Background: i got my tubes tied and have had a ton of problems.huge Clots, 10 day periods, migraines, hot flashes, heavy bleeding warenting a hospital visit, gstro issues, and this was a crazy one but my allergies used to act up and id get a cold sinus thing. On top of that killer pms. Fibriods, ovarian cycsts as well, i hate bc..First month ive taken halfway through my cycle. So i will update my review month to month. 1. Still had hot flashes, minor headaches, bad pms, but lighter flo. No nausea,no bloating before period, no cravings, no sinus issues. Even my guns get inflamed with pms no issues there either. Being intimate doesnt hurt like it has in the past. I can tell my fibriods have shrunk, so has my waist.

I at 49 and have been experiencing intense headaches with and without workouts, I have joint pain when I'm finished running that hurts half the day. Periods have also become irregular and I experience back pain and stomach cramping often. I started taking these pills (4 a day) 2 weeks ago and no more headaches, no more joint pain with workouts. Anyone who suffers I really hope you give Dr Christopher’s supplements a try. I’ve been taking this product off and on for a couple years but never took the 6 capsules per day as recommended. These past couple months I have had terribly heavy bleeding and cramps. So I decided to follow the recommended dose and my bleeding is soo much more tolerable, not as heavy. And when I start to get cramping I just take more and the cramping stops. I no longer dread getting my period as long as I have these herbs.

Wow! This along with hormonal changease and 2 caps of wheat germ oil 3x a day helped me to expel retained fetal tissue from my incomplete miscarriage. It worked after about 3 days. Wheat germ oil is a hormone precursor. The combo of those 3 supplements helps to expel fibroids, cysts, and tissue. I am going to keep taking all 3 for a while to help balance and tone all of those wonderful organs so I have a healthy pregnancy next time around.
