I used to take zinc and probiotics separately and had been hearing about selenium to add. I like that I can take this one gummy for all of them. Gonna try it for a couple months and see how it works. Tastes amazing

I have really sensitive skin, and am prone to breaking out, especially at certain times of the month, or when I'm stressed and not getting enough sleep. These taste alright...to be honest, they do have a little bit of a weird taste, but they're still pretty good. Better than taking pills! I feel like they have really helped, to keep my skin clear! I didn't have much faith, but thought I'd try it, and it really worked! Recommended!

I've taken zinc supplements for years because of skin issues. I still take a zinc supplement because this doesn't have enough, but instead of taking two zinc tabs, I can take one and enjoy the gummies with the additional benefits of the probiotics and additional vitamins. I wish they had more zinc in them. I need 90mg per day. The only draw back is the sugar. There are a lot of great-tasting keto gummies. I wish these had less added sugar, but they do taste great and they're a decent value for the money.

Tastes great and works to fill some of those diet/ nutrition voids that show up in our skin. Definitely worth a shot.

This is a personal preference but my teen did not care for the flavor so she won't take them.
