This fragrance was created in 2008 with special effects and colorful sensations inspired by the very exciting and dramatic Ed Hardy tattoo art. Bright and tantalizing citrus effects of Mandarin & Bergamot are touched by the aromatic expression of Clary Sage and the sharp bite of Thuja for added zest. This opening is the perfect preview to a colorful Mint Julep cocktail that matches up with Ozone for a psychedelic explosion of color and effervescence. The result is of super refreshing mint mixed with colorful bubbles that provides a provocative edginess. Sequoia Scent Trek brings a masculine woodiness to the fragrance that is embraced by the touch of Black Amber and Musks. The final effect is of a masculine florally tattooed on to wood that lasts and lasts. The brand we know now as Ed Hardy originated from a tattoo artist called Don Ed Hardy. In 2002 Don Ed Hardy licensed Ku USA, Inc. to produce a line of clothing based on his art. Within two years, the collection had drawn the interest of Saks companies. Hardy and Ku USA formed Hardy Life LLC, which holds the trademark ownership as well as the copyrights to all his images. In 2004 Christian Audigier licensed the rights to produce the Ed Hardy clothing line which was based on Don Ed hardy’s amazing art work.
