Convenience Concepts Gold Coast Faux Marble Console Table, Black Faux Marble / Silver

The faux "marble" isn't as realistic but it's pretty. It came scratched and some of the gold paint was chipped. I got this table because I ordered a new tv and surround system. I'm going to put the wireless back speakers on it for a full surround system experience!

It's a nice table we were going to put behind our couch but decided once we got the couch it was not the best fit so it's in the hallway. I wouldn't lean on it or put too much weight. if i bump into it vacuuming everything moves on it. I've got a lamp and a few frames, not that there is room for a ton, but still, it's very wobbly. It's been n 2 part of the room and it's wobble in every spot. The marble has a lot more grey in it than I pictured, I thought it was mostly white but it is 50/50. We like it though, I think it should be priced a bit lower for the quality.

Ours is behind the couch up against the wall. It's fine and looks VERY nice. Addendum: I would not place anything to heavy on it or have displayed where someone could lean heavily against it (as if to try to support their weight). As a decorative piece though, it is quite nice and serves its purpose us very well! I am buying another one to put right next to the one I bought last winter so they go the entire length of teh back of a new couch.

Let me start by saying this is going to be different for each household. Your floors may be hardwood or something else, so you have to take that into account when reading my lil review here.I got this to go behind a massive sofa. So I'm not really expecting it to be a focal point by any stretch. That's why I chose it. Its basic if you are looking at it from the side. The top is heavy. This is good. Assembly was a breeze. Nothing was damaged (was packed beyond securely in Styrofoam...the bane of anyone's existence). The only part I can't figure out are the anchors.There are these hook things (anchors) that you are supposed to screw into the wall I presume. Well unless your wall causes the table to lean away from the wall, I'm not seeing the point of the anchors. The hooks are too open to truly anchor it to prevent it from falling over. In my home, it tilts toward the wall but that's because I have carpet and the closer you get to the wall there is a slight drop. So if I rest the bottom of it "flush" against the baseboard, there is a little bit of tilt. About an 1/16" so not noticeable at all, until you bump it b/c you don't expect it to move. Hope that makes sense. Again, this is in my house and a level floor will not have this issue at all.Overall it is a great table and serves the purpose I bought it for.

The size was perfect for where I wanted to put the table. The appearance of the metal is just what I was looking for. I had read reviews that the table is not sturdy and kind of flimsy. It pretty much is that. The table legs are very thin. But, as far as function goes, the table fits where I wanted to put it and is the right size and will not receive a lot of regular use. Super easy to put together. The marble top is not attractive, but, I knew that going in and had planned on painting it, so that part did not matter to me. So, I think the table overall will be ok after I improve upon it. The shipping/delivery was super fast, so that gets 5 stars. The price....meh, not worth 80 something dollars. The price and not very sturdy is why I gave it only 2 stars. If you need a kind of vintage looking, lightweight, out-of-the-way table, this would be perfect.
