Bought one of these for my daughter and she loved it. The perfect size for her bag with all the cables and a little cloth bag. Charged her phone 4-5 times after just one charge of the unit. Unfortunately it stopped charging correctly after about 3 months and the blue light only lit up intermittently so she didn't know if it was charging properly or how much charge it was holding. I contacted the company via Amazon and they emailed a return label. I returned the unit with all its packaging and cables and was immediately sent a brand new one by the company who confirmed that there was a slight manufacturing fault with the one my daughter had. The product is first class and although we were disappointed it had gone wrong so quickly, the customer service was absolutely EXCELLENT. This is a really great unit despite the disappointing fault. Hopefully the replacement unit is of a different batch and won't have the same fault again in 3 months time!

My sister in law had one that I borrowed on holiday. From the beginning this was flawed would work intermittently. You would charge it and it sometimes did or did not charge and when it was charged it still did not always work. Really disappointed.Update from supplier and confused why they are saying it’s unsellable and cannot re issue a refund as it’s outside 30 day return window. of course it is unsellable it’s faulty hence why it was returned it does not work consistently.

I bought this one as it charges your phone up 3 times before it needs re-charging itself, which gives me a better chance of remembering to charge it up!! It retains its charge until you need it which is excellent. It hasn't shifted off 99 on the counter in 3 weeks since I last used it. It charges my ipad too..it says it will charge a macbook but haven't tried it out yet. The electronic indicator that gives you a %age of the juice left is really handy. Would give 5 stars but it's heavy. Comes in a great storage pouch. I did order the additional cable...can't remember what comes as standcard, whether that was a lightning port to usb but it's useful for me to have both.

I previously had a weaker pebble charger and it lasted for years, saw this more powerful and thought "even better", unfortunately from the very beginning, it seemed very slow to charge items, but I just assumed that was because it was more powerful, but now even though it says it has full charge, it will not charge anything. Very disappointed as was clearly was faulty from day 1, i just did not realise that a bigger failing was to come.

It may seem odd to give a 1 star for overall rating and 5 stars for features. This is due to the unit working fine from date of purchase in September 2018 until January 2019 when it has failed to work since.I have reported this to Amazon who say they will respond within 48 hours but unfortunately this has now passed. All I want is a replacement unit as it must still be under some form of guarantee

This is the 2nd pebble charger I have purchased. One for my daughter one for my son. They are fantastic. You can charge two phones at a time and the battery last for ages. Doesn’t take to long to charge either. Lightweight and comes with a blank carry bag to keep the cables in. Really great buy.

I have the bigger version but bought this smaller version for my kids and it's better size if taking it out. Very good and charges the phones well

These are really. My first one didn’t seem to last long so I tried a second as the actual charging quality was too draw .... however the second one has died in less than 9 months. The worst thing is a bet the first one back after the new one arrived with kit a single reply from Veho. Thank goodness I’m not on some outback trek with this unrealisable product
