Are they alive?, I don’t know. I put them in my pond and I haven’t seen them since. You have to let the supplier within 5 days if they’re dead how do you know if you haven’t seen them. Not impressed!!

They arrived very well packaged and in very quick time by Royal Mail,have settled in the pond and doing their job. Would recommend.Good seller who breeds quality snails.
