Half the apps wouldn't work, kept freezing
Apart from being water resistant, this phone was a huge disappointment; half the apps wouldn't work, it kept freezing, finally I got so annoyed with it, I slammed the thing to the floor. It turned out it wasn't particularly tough or rugged after all. It broke and never worked again. Junk. Don't buy.

Do not buy!
No software update, awful costumer service, and battery doesn't charge anymore. It has so much potential, if only they'd keep it up to date and deal with costumers requests.

AGM X1 Nearly perfect
Its nearly perfect. Very good phone ,seems rugged fell out of my pocket whilst running and survived except a scuff on the metal rim .only weak pont is the flap that covers the charge socket which I don't think will last .also can't update android software.

Second day delivery if needed too; it's perfect!Huge pity about the non-removable battery though.Also, IP68 doesn't mean it's suitable for swimming with it. Handle with extreme care underwater (I haven't tested its water resistance yet, but IP68 =/= waterproof).Good screen quality, very fast browsing, extreme multitasking ability, extreme storage capacity, dual SIM, micro SD, dual camera with decent quality, and an absolutely mind blowing battery life. Also, it's very, very cheap for what it does.Hugely recommended.

I've got the phone from gearbest (international version) I have to give you an advice about this phone, the costumer service from AGM do not exist, check it if you don't believe me. the international version have lag or slow scrolling in comparison with the EU version. there is a few sites like XDA.com or movilesdualsim.com where are a few users developing the way to install android 7 by root
