Very good product
I’m very pleased I purchased this product a few months ago. Making vegetable soup is so much easier! It’s easy to clean too

Major Design flaw - risk of poisoning
We used this blender occasionally ( and always adhered to cleaning instructions) I realised recently it has a major design flaw, liquids and food material being mixed can enter the interior of the blender base ( the part housing the shaft- blade seal) as the seal around the base does not work. It should be impossible for food to enter this part, once material enters it, cleaning will not remove it, it will eventually go putrid and contaminate food when next used. The greatest risk is botulism- for example, if its used for meat based products. It should be withdrawn as its a dangerous product.

Disappointing product
Not a good quality product. After two weeks of use top button stopped working. When in use makes a lot of mess with splashing all over. Had to buy a new blender.

Purchased this Hand Blender as a gift for my mom. She loved to cook and has many devices in the kitchen. I was worried if she will like it.What can I say - this device is more powerful than her old blender. It does what it has to. Good value for the price.
