I know they’re aimed mainly at kids but I’m a adult (26) and I take them and i definitely feel a difference I have horrible anxiety and adhd and it can make me overwhelmed to go outside , rest well or feel just so overstimulated by things I take 2 early in the morning and it has helped me through the day I do notice a difference in relaxation too they’re melatonin free which I like they’re not a sleep aid so keep that in mind if you’re someone who needs that either for you or your kids. The texture is good too it’s not to hard or to soft which I appreciate a lot , price is good also. They’re not as sweet either which is great for me since I don’t like overly sweet things. Mine were not expired like others have said and not melted or messed up in any way I am satisfied with them and they’re definitely a good alternative if you don’t want to use hardcore medication for yourself or your kids

These work so well! My son has anxiety about the dentist and was breaking through the anxiety medication they were prescribing. I thought Id give these a try instead and they work wonderfully. The taste is great too! Its got the usual gummy texture. Although we use them for high anxiety during the day vs. sleeping my son says they do make him sleepy. Its nice to have a healthy alternative.

My child is on the spectrum and struggles at times with regulation and behaviors. I truly like Zarbee' products and hoped these worked for him as he's been having a difficult time recently. Unfortunately, they haven't made much of an impact yet. He seems to enjoy the taste and texture and takes them willingly each day. Zarbee's has quality products with natural, safe ingredients so I trust them. I'm hoping with more use, he will start to adjust and see positive effects. We will continue with the bottle but I am unsure if I will repurchase. I believe they would be helpful for others even if they aren't working for him at the moment.

I have an autistic child and these help with her being calm. Giving them to her at night also helps her sleep better.

Sadly these seemed to have no affect on my 2 and 4 year old. Tried them multiple times both at home and while traveling with no change in the kiddos ease of falling asleep. My kiddos did like the shape of the gummies and the taste though.

My children love these. The flavor isn't bad and they don't dry out like some other gummies so they are easy to swallow. They help them sleep and keeps them focused and calmer the next day.
