The Vulcan Heating system is a compact and powerful tool for structural drying projects, sanitizing and emergency heating. It features six industrial duty heating elements for 11kW drying capacity, a variable speed blower and precise temperature control for long service life. The heater can deliver 180⁰F hot air with a temperature rise of 95⁰F at 350 CFM airflow. The Vulcan operates on 208/230VAC/10-50 Amp, and is compatible with 50 Amp spider boxes. The Vulcan is simple to set up and can operate in vertical or horizontal position. Flex ducting connected to the inlet and outlet of the Vulcan can deliver heat where needed with minimal heat losses. The controls include digital hour meter, digital temperature control with 25' thermocouple, auto/manual temperature control and individual switches for all six heating elements. It comes with MERV 11 primary/secondary filter, with optional OdorGuard 600 activated carbon filter available. The unit housing is made of aircraft grade aluminum, and has a 10” exhaust collar. The unit comes with two rubber grip handles and four 3” hospital grade locking casters. The unit is 12”W x 18”H x 30”L; and weighs 63 lbs.
