Reminder of the Messiah
The original Mehorah as described in Exodus represented Jesus Christ. The center, tallest candlestick represents Christ, above all people.The six lower candlesticks represent the number of man, which is 6, one short of perfection, which is 7 and which represents the Lord. The original Menorah was of beaten gold, representing that Christ would be beaten for our sins. I wanted this Menorah as a reminder of all that Christ has done for me, and for all mankind. It is very nicely made.
