Taste is not the greatest, but does taste ok in a mango, strawberry, banana smoothie!

I was expecting more of a fruit flavor since it's "mango and ginger" flavored. You can still smell and taste the whey, which didn't help me with the nausea.

This is actually really good. It didn’t smell too good at first but when I tasted it for the first time, it wasn’t bad at all. With just a couple sips I’m already starting to have some energy. You do have to stir it a lot to get all of the powder to dissolve but it’s worth it.

Packaging was open and dirty. Disgusting!

I’ve been very exhausted this pregnancy and was looking for a little boost outside of regular exercise and came across this product. Unfortunately you don’t get to see the nutrition label until you have the box in hand to realize how pointless this product is. The amounts of vitamin B and other vitamins to help with energy are minuscule, definitely not an “excellent” source, the amount of fiber is no more than you would get from taking some Metamucil, and electrolytes are just added salt. Maybe 7 g of protein is worth it but I doubt it. The taste isn’t terrible at first but it gets stranger as I drink it. I think it’s the whey protein. If you’re looking for an energy boost while pregnant this is NOT the solution.

The taste was not good. There wasn't an energy boost. It didn't mix well. It's very expensive for how much product you receive. There is no real health benefits. There might be a placebo effect so some women or they might like the taste 🤷‍♀️ but I will not buy again.

I mixed this with 16 ounces of water and felt it was still more sweet than I'd like. The thing that surprised me was the smell of fart coming from the cup. Like something rotting *and mango. People dont have a strong sense of smell may not notice. l guess its the whey protein used? It tastes a little like Emergen C without the carbonation. Not too bad but l wouldn't say delicious like the other reviewer. It did not sit well though and was puked up about half an hour later. Not for me.
