☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ May 18th, 2019. I have to admit that we neglected to put our beautiful chaise cushion up for the winter. BUT... it's still as beautiful as always. I've been through a LOT of cushions that failed to make it past the first season. This has performed & held up so beautifully, that I purchased 2 chair cushions a few weeks ago in the same Pacific Blue, by the same company (Comfort Classics). I was curious to see how the brand new cushion would look, compared to the now 2 year old (plus having forgotten to put away for winter) cushion. I'm upgrading my review to a full 5 stars! I'm posting additional pictures so you can see for yourself.☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ June 10th, 2018. Still in love with this cushion & will be definitely placing another order. My cushion was outside next to my pool, in full sun, for the entire summer (I live in North Alabama where the sun is always shining). I do not take my cushions inside... not even during bad weather (& it's never waterlogged or wet for more than than a few hours). I do take my cushions in for the winter... brought inside for storage in late October. Pulled it out last month & it's just as beautiful & vibrantly colored as the day I got it! I've posted a picture so you can see how nice it still is. I'll try to update every year.I was hesitant to purchase this cushion because of some of the negative reviews. My concerns were about the cushion being true to size, going flat, fading, & staying waterlogged for days if rained on. I live in North Alabama & we're known for a LOT of sun. My chaise lounge is by the pool & fully exposed to the sun, day in & day out. I do not bring my cushions in all summer long. That's too much of a job! I went so far as to email the seller to ask about these issues & they replied promptly, reassuring me. So I went ahead & placed my order. The cushion arrived right on time. The color is a vibrant rich color (though in my opinion it's more of a royal blue than pacific blue... that's just my personal opinion, I still love the color, & most people probably wouldn't notice this difference. If you are very particular about color, I strongly suggest requesting a fabric swatch. If you don't take the time to get a swatch first, then you really can't complain!). The size was true, the quality & thickness are wonderful & very comfortable. I've been through quite a few cheaper cushions & I foresee this cushion holding up. I sprayed it down & the water just rolled right off. Because I rely heavily on customer reviews myself, I'll update this review at the end of the 2017 season & again at the end of the 2018 season to let you know how it has held up.

The cushions were nice. However, they are smaller, several inches, than noted in the description. Possibly were measured prior to sewing seams and stuffing them. I measured my current cushions and they were the same size as noted in the description, however these were too short and a tad too narrow.This company has a 20% restocking fee, which I could live with although not happy about. But return shipping plus the restocking fee is almost as much as I paid for them. Their shipping to me was only $35 however it would have cost me $148 to ship back and add the restocking fee and it is only about $50 less than I paid for them! They should have given return label equal to their shipping fee. Not acceptable to be out $250 AND product is the reason I am not returning them.I was looking forward to getting these cushions as they are the only ones close to the ones in size and shape I wanted to replace. The Sunbrella fabric is great looking and I was happy with the way they looked until I tried to put them on my chaise lounges and they were too short and narrow, enough to not look right.Update: Contacted seller, they worked with me and after measuring and sending pictures agreed to arrange return and refund me purchase price minus original shipping cost. I believe this is a good company and was happy with the result of doing business with them. Just wish the cushions had fit.

The description states that this cushion is 4 inches thick, which would have been perfect. I received it yesterday and it is 9 inches at the center and closer to 8 inches thick throughout. It looks ridiculous on my chaise (think stay puff marshmallow man), and is so thick a person could roll off the chaise. Seller approved my return request, with shipping at my expense. I am disputing this, as I would not have ordered this cushion at all, had the description and pictures been accurate representations.Update: the seller will only accept my return of self shipped with a 20% restocking fee. Again, this cushion is more than twice the thickness that was in the description, and the picture representation does not reveal this. I am surprised at the positive reviews, as I cannot imagine anyone wanting “fluffy” chaise cushions.

Item is super light, just filled with fluff (fiber fill) - not foam. 4" thick?, but compresses to nothing and leaves you feeling like you are sitting directly on the metal chair. Fabric is not marked"sunbrella" anywhere, but does seem to match the other existing cushions that are definitely sunbrella material. Would never have bought them if I had actually seen them. WAY too expensive for what you get, sadly. We have good patio cushions from OW LEE - and this is really not up to par - not even close - except in price. Would definitely NOT recommend these.Update: - another issue is the lack of ties on the lower cushion. When you sit down, the lower, longest section of the cushion slides right off the chaise lounge.

Poor quality. Uncomfortable. Received authorization to return, but I would have to pa $130.00 shipping fee. I am forced to keep it, cannot afford the shipping fees to return. They know they are selling poor quality and this is the way they force you to keep it.

I searched a long time before deciding to purchase this chaise lounge cushion. The price was reasonable enough so that I didn't feel I was taking a risk, so I was thrilled that it was the thickness and quality I had hoped for. It stays on a covered porch, but I keep it covered during rains and storms, so I'm not sure how well the water resistance works...I just prefer keeping it covered. It's covered right now since Dorian is passing thru, but I'll attach a photo as soon as it passes. The color worked perfectly with my existing cushions and accent pillows. I'm very happy with it and would purchase this brand of cushion again.
