Used this brand for a while and have several different models around our house. Had this one for a couple of days but already rate it 100%. The fish eye view using the Android app is particularly impressive for viewing areas you think are out of view. Easy to set up and value for money. Impressed.An update to this camera 20/09/2018. Although the camera is mounted outdoors its position protects if from the elements. Despite this the camera has developed misting on the inside of the lens making parts of the image blurred. Contacted the supplier but no response as yet.An update to my review. To be honest and with fairness my review may have been a little harsh due to the slow response from the supplier. But after explaining why it was so slow they did everything possible to resolve the problem so have changed my rating to reflect the service and quality of products. Have since bought another camera from them (different model) and it has worked perfectly with a crisp picture and without a problem since fitted.19/12/2018. The camera is now useless. Taking it apart I found the seal between the lens cap and the main body of the camera had not been fitted correctly when assembled allowing rain water in, and there was a considerable amount. Its now in the bin. Not happy.

Keeps going offline so have to keep unplugging the camera, also picture quality kept going either white so black so could no view the live video steam, tried both wireless and wired with same out come, camera returned

VStarcam refuses any customer support for manufacturer defects, referring buyer to the seller -- and because the third party reseller is not Vstarcam itself (and moreover keeps changing all the time .. from Ivant to Aivant to others) you basically have no consumer rights at all. I had an expensive dead camera, and Amazon cannot be involved with support, the seller is gone, and money is basically lost. Be fully aware before ordering and read your consumer rights (which in this case is basically none at all except perhaps for the few weeks after ordering).

JE REVIENS pour vous dire que la société a accepter de nous rembourser 70 pour cent du montant de la caméra car il ne pouvait pas l'échanger, voila au moins ils ont pris en compte notre plainte,merci!!je reviens sur mon commentaire= j'ai acheté 2 caméras, installation par évident mais nous les avons enlevées puis remise suite travaux extérieurs, et la ça se complique, nous sommes parvenus a les reinstaller apres avoir demande de l'aide à la marque car probleme de configuration, mais l'une d'elle chauffe anormalement, elle brule nous ne savons pas pourquoi la partie caméra devient brulante après 1 heure, nous nous en sommes aperçus et l'avons branché ailleurs pour vérifier si cela venait de la prise, non même résultat, après plusieurs essais elle chauffe tellement que nous l'avons donc désinstallée,nous allons demander un échange à suivre...bonjour, plusieurs mois d'usage, les cameras ont bien fonctionne au départ, un peu compliqué pour l'installation en wi fi le support en frnaçais pas tres clair et on ne lis pas l'anglais. bref des bricoleurs mais pas en informatique on s'est débrouillés, par contre nous avons du les deposer et les remettre a l'occasion de travaux..! et la ça se complique, il fallait conserver l'étiquette avec le code QR qui s'est envolé car à l'exterieur, l'installation manuelle s'est avérée tres compliquée car elle ne reconnaissait pas notre box malgré les reset.refonciguration... bref.. elle s'est cassée sur un des supports en la refixant dehors.. résultat on en a gardé qu'une.. l'autre impossible de la reconnaitre via wi fi, on a contacté star cam, on vous en dira plus quand ils nous auront répondu, nous avons pour l'intérieur commandé 2 autres caméras wifi d'une autre marque, hyper facile et 5 min c'était fait, bon espérant avoit été utile..

Ho acquistato la seconda telecamera per videosorveglianza sperando di poterla utilizzare comodamente da pc ma non sono ancora riuscito a visualizzare le immagini, la telecamera viene rilevata ma non si vede nulla purtroppo...Dal telefono funziona ma le possibilità di impostazioni sono limitate.
