This is a very cool, very tiny little device that enables one to "broadcast" an HDMI signal from the "source unit" to the "display unit" wirelessly in a plug-and-play fashion. This unassuming device looks like a USB cable on one end and an HDMI cable on the other with only slightly larger than normal connector housings. Through the magic of ever-shrinking microelectronics they've been able to pack all of the control and processing power into a very tiny area. I was amazed at the quality of the broadcast signal. I had to really analyze the signal as it was displayed on my 60" HD TV in comparison to the 15.5" display on my laptop in order to see any significant differences. The only areas where I thought I might be seeing some "blurring" of the signal was in the "flying hairs" of the performers as they were singing. And that could have actually been an artifact of the way the camera depth-of-field and focus were set and not signal blurring. MORE than adequate for my uses!I did notice that there is a slight (but noticeable) time lag between what I saw on my laptop and what was displayed on the TV screen. Not surprising, and not an issue because the sound from the TV was in synch with the video!I've seen other wired ways of connecting computers to TV's over 10's to 100's of feet, but this is the first wireless one that I've seen with this kind of configuration and capability. NOT having to run wires can make a huge difference in setup times and especially for presentations or trade shows! Since I only have one of these units, I don't have any way to test if multiple units can be used with different video sources at the same time without interference. AND it MAY be possible to use an HDMI "splitter" to create multiple identical HDMI data streams for broadcast to multiple displays when using multiple pairs of these wireless HDMI transfer cables.At almost $70 it "feels expensive" because the cables are so "simple looking" but when one really considers all the costs of other "solutions" it doesn't seem nearly as expensive any more!5 Stars for a wonderfully functional device!

I can't say enough about this device. I purchased another brand with a similar concept and it is quite good as well come up with this one is even better. This one looks better, feels higher quality, and was incredibly easy to set up. I love that everything is labeled properly, it's very clear what you need to do. The instruction manual is simple but clear as well. The packaging was simple and clean and even reusable if I wanted to store these cables Inside the box it slides out like a little tray. Aesthetics aside, it functions perfectly I had it up and running in a little under 30 seconds. Plug the HDMI and USB into the back of my TV, plug the HDMI and USB into a dongle I have and then into my Lenovo Yoga 9i, navigate to HDMI 4 on my TV and Bam! everything's up and running. The sound was incredibly clear. The picture was on point. The refresh rate was great. Just Wow!Very enthusiastic recommended purchase.

This thing works fantastic for what I use it for, just set it up on both devices (transmitter / receiver) and turn your devices on... presto.. with no fiddling or tinkering, you're broadcasting an HDMI signal through the air. This feels magical in that it just works. I did find some compatibility issues when swapping refresh rates, but if you keep it to around 60Hz you should be fine. Bear in mind that you will find a slight bit of input lag when using something like a gaming device, but using it with my nintendo switch, I found I was able to play quite comfortably and didn't find it at all distracting or hard to adjust.

Box is easy to open, easy to set up, I literally just plugged each transmitter into my computer and T.V. and waited a minute, and it works flawlessly. No more annoying cords! Such a great purchase, I'm very happy I bought this.

Had a bit of trouble getting the transmitter running smoothly, but glad I persisted with some troubleshooting and did not return it. Setup and installation was foolproof, but the first day we tried to use it it would drop connection every few minutes. After trying many different power adapters and settings, the solution was to go into the laptop display settings and lower the screen refresh rate on the TV to 30Hz. Now it works perfectly for extending the laptop screen to tv without any dropped connection. Might not be suitable if you are playing fast-paced games, but works fine for watching downloaded shows or opening browser windows on the big screen.

This product worked great for the first 3 months.Easy setup, no lag, competitive pricing. However it has stopped working after 3 months. What can we do about this?
