I don't usually get gassy from protein powder or other supplements, but man, this stuff tore me up. I went through two bottles, and never got used to it.My workouts got better quickly. I track all my lifts, sets and reps, and started seeing improvement about two weeks in. I had been stalled on my big lifts for a while and was looking for something to get me off my plateau, and this certainly did it. My deadlift was the first to start moving, with a couple extra reps per set, or maybe another set at the end. I definitely felt more endurance. My bench press followed. But man, I'd have to go find an isolated spot to let 'em rip, because they were bad!I ended up moving to a different brand, and don't have the gas anymore. I'm a non-responder to creatine, but I'm making gains with beta-alanine, so it's staying in the mix.

Ive taken other beta- alanine supplements before and i liked their effect but this one worked the best. It gave me strength and endurance without any real side effects other than the tingle feeling you get with taking beta alanine. The only down side was i got a bottle with white capsules instead of blue ones which leads me to believe this might have been old stock from the supplier .

I highly suggest this if you eat gluten and want to keep eating it. Definelty made me sharp and less lethargic.

I would not buy this product again as I noticed no benefits whatsoever from using it. Save your money and buy some wholesome food, it would be better spent.

I use this before running and lifting weights. It has noticeably improved my aerobic capacity, and has also seemed to shorten my recovery time from lifting, although I also started using a creatine product so I'm not sure how much benefit can be attributed to either product. In any event, this is a very good product at a reasonable price.

Another excellent product in my healthcare/exercise arsenal that I will continue with. It cuts through fatigue which keeps me motivated and allows me to have the endurance I need to meet my exercise goals.
