Sheamoisture Conditioner for Curly Hair Red Palm Oil and Cocoa Butter with Flaxseed Oil 13 oz

Great conditioner, smells wonderful.

I have 3c curly hair that was badly damaged by hard water from our well. I was able to bring my hair back to life with the help of this nourishing conditioner (and a new water system for our well). Not only that, but it helped me cut down on the amount of products I'm using. I condition my hair with this in the shower, get all the tangles out, rinse it through, then before getting out of the shower, I slather on more of it and leave it in and towel my hair off once out of the shower. I never blow-dry so I can't speak to how it is after that. I always air-dry and my hair is very soft, shiny and full with no residue or stiffness in my curls. (I also use the shea moisture hi slip shampoo about 1-2x a week, which is great)

Let me first state the I love every one of SheaMoisture's products so I just ordered this conditioner and tried it this morning and wow, I am impressed, very impressed, and grateful too. I'm a white guy with thin curly hair that I'm growing long just because I can at my age, lol, and with it comes having to deal with my hair every morning when I look in that mirror. So today, I got my hair a bit wet and worked in a nice size dollop of this product. The first thing I noticed was how satisfying the scent was and then how much easier it was to run a comb through my hair. I'm a big fan of West African Red Palm Oil for cooking, so I was ready to use it for this unique purpose. Combined with coconut oil,this conditioner is the very best I can imagine and come to think of it, there is a not so subtle hint of the scent of red palm oil that drifts from my hair. It does make my hair bigger but more defined and lets my curls fall like no other product. I feel like I want to buy a lifetime supply, but I know others will praise this too. And that pump container makes it so easy to use, thank you Shea Moisture, you are the very best.

I really love this conditioner. I have graying hair that tends to be wiry and dry. This makes my hair so soft and smells so good. The only drawback is that the pump stops pumping the product with about an inch remaining in the bottle. It’s annoying. Overall, love this!

I primarily use this as a leave in conditioner for my son’s hair. I really do love this product because it keeps his high porosity hair well moisturized without excessive build up and to add an awesome smell. I just love hugging him and his hair smelling so good with this conditioner, it is intoxicating! The only con I have is if you have low porosity hair this could cause build up rather quickly because of it’s thick consistency for a leave in but it may be better used as a rinse out in that case. It is a great product nonetheless because it does moisturizes and it has your hair smelling very very good! I know I can’t emphasize that enough but seriously it smells that good.

Not sure if this was sent new, it was duck tapped which was a little strange, normally it’s vacuumed sealed.

I have low porosity 4A/4B hair and this is the only cream product that doesn’t turn my hair white! I love it! I wish they sold it in stores again. I have to order two at a time so I don’t run out !
