great quality
I was really unsure when I first purchased this. I wasnt sure if it was going to be a good height since my son is super tall and surprisingly its the perfect height. It has adjustments for different people so him and I can both use it with zero issues. The quality is really well and its really sturdy. I love that its easy to store away so its not in the middle of my garage floor. Would def recommend purchasing.

A Calisthenics Beginner's Best Friend!
As someone fairly new to calisthenics, I've slowly purchased what I see others using on Youtube and I bought the RELIFE REBUILD YOUR LIFE Dip Station on a whim. Honestly - they've exceeded my expectations and quickly become an indispensable part of my home workouts. First and foremost, this dip station is incredibly sturdy. When I'm pushing my limits, the last thing I want to worry about is equipment wobbling, and this unit is rock-solid (or having them topple over and me smack my face on the ground). It feels incredibly reliable, even during intense sets, which gives me the confidence to focus on my form and progress. What makes it truly fantastic for a beginner like me is the sheer flexibility it offers. Beyond standard dips, I've been able to incorporate a wide variety of exercises, including push-ups, L-sits, tricep drips, incline push ups, etc. It's a fun and engaging way to explore different bodyweight movements without needing a full gym setup. The design allows for various grips and positions, opening up tons of workout possibilities. Assembly was straightforward, and it doesn't take up an excessive amount of space, which is a huge plus for a home gym. If you're new to calisthenics or just looking for a robust, versatile, and reliable piece of equipment to expand your bodyweight training, I highly recommend this dip station/parelette bars. It's a fantastic investment that makes working out both effective and enjoyable!

Good enough
This is really rather junky and mine came damaged but not bad enough for the hassle of replacing it. My wife had major back surgery, and the PT wants her to do some sorts of knee dips using the bars to stabilize her. It works for my wifes needs but I would not bet my full weight (66 kg) on it. Update Aug 24 2025: For a small footprint, this unit offers a lot of options for uses. The unit a rather wobbly but I joined the open feet (1 1/4 pvc pipe with electrical tape to shim it) and I added a stabilizer cross bar at the far bend with 1 1/4 pipe clamps and a piece of oak cut to 1x1 inch. This unit is now rock solid. It probably is a 3.5 * now. I think they should sell (even if as an accessory) a stabilizer bar.

Great product
Bought this to leprosy in my living room. Having it around motivates me to use it. It's durable, strong construction, and easy to assemble.

Really nice addition to my home equipment
Very sturdy, quality material with thick rigged tubing . The higher you set it though it’s a little worrying for my stability. Good for 6’ 210lbs, handlebar set at half height is very stable, must bend knees if you want full body weight dips.

Decent. Wobbly.
Pretty decent, but also kind of flimsy. They move around way too much, and the front has the bars connected on the floor, but not the back, so it becomes wobbly.

Great Dip Bars
Pleased with these dip bars - they were pretty easy to put together and feel stable when doing dips and rows (granted I'm a pretty lightweight person). The option to use the connecting bar for added stability is nice too. Another plus is that the height is adjustable (requires screwing and unscrewing, but still nice to have). Had a small issue with one of the bars missing a rubber foot on one corner but customer service was quick to correct that and ship me out a new set of rubber feet. Overall, highly recommended if you need a home dip station that's sturdy, portable and super convenient.

Great price and effective
Great price does what it’s meant to do. Could be a little longer in the base, but not a problem if you’re strong. If you are new and unbalanced, get something that is connected in secured or with wider base. Are utilize with clients friends and family. To give you an idea of how I use them I do handstands against the wall. I also do push-ups and dips.
