Does what it says, but very overpriced for what it is and there are similar products available at a fraction of the price. I particularly dislike the container which doesn't dispense the gel smoothly - it spurts out. There is no doubt that it works very well as an undercoat for foundation - just pricey for what it is.

This product is lovely to use and is very economical as a little goes a long way. It gives a matte surface if not wearing make-up. It helps smooth foundation on like satin, also reducing the amount you will need to use. The effect looks very natural and lasts all day. Cleansing is easy too. I will be using this product again and again! The little tube will live in my make-up bag, the two others went in my daughters' stockings and I have a larger tube for everyday.

I have bought DHC before and glad that I can now purchase it from Amazon. This primer is easy to apply and after it has been smoothed into the skin leaves the face feeling supple with no greasiness and the skin says looking great throughout the day. Will buy again.
