TIPS for ASSEMBLY - Pretty good desk for the price
It is exactly as I was expecting based on the product description, pictures, and reviews. Plenty of side-to-side leg room, and I can cross my legs under the desk without hitting the bottom side of the desk, even with my chair at its highest setting. I MAY have enough room to be able to put a keyboard tray there. I haven't decided it I want one yet. The desk came packaged well. All of the pieces came individually wrapped and protected. MOST were numbered to correspond with the pieces in the instructions. Clarifications & Tips:1. The drawers are not just fabric. They are cardboard covered with fabric. The front portion is more of a pleather with a wood-grain look and texture and can be wiped down with a damp rag. They are fairly sturdy, but I wouldn't put heavy items in them. The handles are metal and are a bit of a pain to install since they have tiny screws. One of the handles had two places where the paint had been chipped off. I may see if I can get the manufacturer to replace the handle, but I turned the chipped portion facing down so it is not noticeable.2. It would be helpful to have a flathead screwdriver or two as you assemble. We used them for screwing together the small plastic screw sets that hold the metal file rods onto the drawer. We also needed the flat head screwdriver as we were installing the braces that hold the drawers. These are the same bars on which the drawers slide in and out. The braces slot into the legs, but the piece that is supposed to slot in and slide down into place was too tight for about half the slots. We slid the flathead into the gap and pried it out just a tad to widen the space and it worked great. See pics.3. There are 3 sets of main legs for the desk. Each is different for a reason. Make sure you get it right. There two that go on either side of the drawers and one for the opposite end. All three leg sets are different, that is why they are numbered individually in the instructions. We accidentally switched the two legs on either side of the drawer unit and had to unscrew them and correct the mistake. It's really hard to tell in the instructions which leg goes where, and those happened to be the only parts that weren't numbered. The difference between the legs are a) the legs for the drawers have those slots for the bars that hold the drawers up (the slots face inwards as noted in the instructions), and b) of the two drawer legs sets, the one that goes on the outside of the desk rather than next to your legs does NOT have an extra set of holes on the outside of the bars. Those holes are for the brace that you will install horizontally on the back side of the desk near where your feet will go. see pics.4. The side pocket holder can be installed on the same side as the drawers, even though it is not shown in that configuration in the pictures. The side pocket does not have the same wood-grain look to it as the drawer fronts. It's a bit ugly. I haven't decided if I am going to use it at all yet, and if I do, I may install it on the same side as the drawers so it is less visible.5. One thing I didn't expect from the original pics: the desktop is two separate pieces. My two pieces are slightly warped. I don't think it will be enough to bother me, but I can see how I will need to keep extra paper or padding underneath anything I may be writing on as it will bump the pen.6. Lastly, save yourself some time and hand-tighten as many of the screws as you can. I found it much faster than using the hex tool. The included hex tool has a Philips head on the long end and the hex on the short end, which was frustrating because the long end would have been much faster for many of the screws. We did use the longer Philips head end on several of the hex screws as we were doing the initial tightening simply because it was easier. We used the short hex end for the final tightening. When hand-tightening or using the hex tool, if you get resistance, stop, back out the screw, and try again. You may have the screw in crooked and you risk cross threading or damaging the screws. All in all this is a great budget desk.

It's a sturdy, regular size desk and I enjoy the side pocket.
I'm sitting at it right now. I love this desk. I've had it for a few months and it wears well. The filing part of it was made for light filing. It's plenty stable though. I even pull myself up on it. I do not recommend doing this for children or most adults. I'm just a tiny person. It's not as light and cheap as I thought it would be.

Excelente producto

Satisfied customer
It came with all the parts and pieces needed to assemble, plus a few extra screws. Take the time to do it slow to make sure it’s done correctly and DO NOT over tighten because some of the welding looked iffy. See picture.

Easy build but came damaged
Giving it three stars because it came damaged. That corner that got a bump, was needed to attach the board to a second piece, so it made it difficult to fix and the top now has an ugly corner.Besides that, came on time, easy enough to build using the guide and although less sturdy than expected, is good enough for a working station
