Good size chunks with good flavor. No shell bits were found. It worked wonderfully for Chesapeake crab soup. Going to try crab cakes next.

I wouldn’t care to purchase Bumble Bee Lump Crabmeat again. First, calling it lump crabmeat is a bit of a stretch as most of the crab is shreads and tiny pieces. Second, there are tiny bits of shell in nearly every bite. Not a pleasant experience as far as I am concerned. I was hoping for a better product.

I would not call this "lump" it's more like shredded, also because it comes in water the crab gets a very stinky smell and taste, it's not rotten but it's repulsive. They have other products that come in oil or some type of sauces are significantly better. They really ought to fix their description because this isn't lumps at all.
