My introduction to Cavatappi. The price and size was perfect. I now use this instead of spaghetti or linguine since it absorbs the sauce and is tastier. Yes, I have led a very sheltered pasta life.

I used these in a pasta bake with ground beef, tomato sauce, and cheese. They held their shape well, have a nice firmness but not hardness, have a good texture that clings to the other ingredients, and have a very pleasant flavor. Having a quality food product like this delivered for the asking price is a pretty strong value.

I use these beautiful cavatappi pasta swirls in my casserole. The shape hugs my lucious creamy sauce, making each bite full of flavor. It’s also something so much prettier than an elbow.
