I bought these to help preserve my coffee stash. I put one in a vacuum bag with my coffee ground or whole bean. This way i can feel that it will remove any residual oxygen after i vacuum seal it. Did it actually help? I don't know. What I did like about this product, though, is that they wrap the little packets of chemical in vacuum. Packages of 4, so that you are assured that the product is as fresh as possible and will absorb oxygen reliably.
