Not good. They are not “puffy” in texture at more. Closer to stale-Cheeto crunch. The BBQ flavor is lacking while the Salt & Vinegar is somewhat better.I’ll suffer through the 8 bag I have left but absolutely do not recommend these.The only thing they have going for them is that there are a lot in the bag.

flavor is not exceptional, but does satisfy snacking. texture a bit off, not crunchy, and flavor could be stronger. My do loves them. lol

These puffs are a good, healthy alternative. They are similar to cheese puffs but with firmer texture. They are good-tasting and give a nice crunch. The 4 different flavors are pretty decent. I like the cheddar flavor the most, followed by the BBQ. The other two are decent as well. These are made with egg whites, lentil protein, and other ingredients, which give them a good load of protein and decent amount of fiber.These come in a variety box containing 3 packs of White Cheddar, 3 packs of Sweet & Smoky BBQ, 2 packs of Sour Cream & Onion, and 2 packs of Sea Salt & Vinegar. These are single-serving packs. They are gluten-free and non-GMO. Overall, I enjoy these puffs. Pretty decent flavors and texture. A healthier alternative to regular cheese puffs. For around $2.50 per pack, they are a decent value.

These are amazing!! I love protein puffs and every time I find one I like they get discontinued. These satiate my snack craving while giving me 12g of protein. Nice serving size too/lots in the bag for 135 calories. I hope these stick around!

Tried the salt and vinegar flavor, and I threw the bag away after the first bite. I could never be hungry enough or crave a snack enough to be worth eating this … whatever it is. The flavor was slightly metallic and then the texture…. Yuck. It was like sawdust embedded in inexplicably crispy foam.

I'm trying to up my protein intake, and these snacks definitely help out. I was skeptical of an egg-based puff, but these were surprisingly light and crunchy, with only a very very light hint of egg flavor. All of the flavors are good, and my favorite is the BBQ!

They were very dense and chalky.
