I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate for a few weeks now and I can really feel the difference. Magnesium in the bottle is questionable as it didn't affect the 2 of us who consumed it for over a month

I have used this product for a year. 30 minutes before dinner and priority to lunch if I have walked 5-7Km the previous evening. I have enjoyed excellent Muscular relaxation and good sleep after use. New packing bottle has lots of bitter in taste. Is it normal ? Not sure about the Quality check. It would be good if company clarifies.I will change the rating if someone clarifies officially.
