This is a great vacuum mop, it maps well and has an excellent pickup when on max vacuum. The only downside side is it can’t vac and mop my 43m sq. carpet and 10 m sq tiles on a single charge. The app is extremely easy to use

Quality machine - keeps my house clean and cokes well with the dirt/dog hair from my 2 dogs. Worthwhile getting the cleaner and a box of spares / replacement consumables.

Updating review. This is THE WORST robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. I came from 2 other ecovacs and both were great. This one? The dumbest toaster I’ve ever come across. It’s constantly getting stuck in places. It constantly tries to get under the couch even though it knows it won’t fit. It constantly fails to mop. It constantly complains about an empty dustbag. You cannot get guaranteed third party dustbags because Ecovacs decided to be the slimiest they could and put a small piezoelectric contact pin in the bag mechanism meaning if that’s not contacted it’ll cry about not having a dust bag in. Support is TRASH! It’s taken them 6 months to answer my emails. It’s damaged because it keeps going under the couch, literally forcing its way under and getting searches as it does it. The app?! What a hateful thing! Want to put no-go zones in? Good luck because it no longer shows furniture. So I literally cannot put a boundary against the sofa because… there’s no sofa on the map?! My 7 year old ecovacs showed a grey blob for furniture and now even that’s gone? I have tried so many times to return this and Amazon keeps passing me to Ecovacs who DONT REPLY.

Great for the overall general clean on mixed flooring in the house. Keep on top of the maintenance weekly, eg filters, wheels, sensors etc to maintain the best performance. Remember a little robot will never replace a proper vacuum for the deep clean but it will keep your floors cleaner than before.

I made myself a Christmas present and it was by far the best choice I could do. It is the best robot cleaner in my opinion. It has exceptional self cleaning capabilities. It is good at avoiding objects and at cleaning the corners, doesn’t tangle, doesn’t scratch anything (no damage to the furniture). The app is very easy to use and I could choose a specific room or part of the floor in a room to be mopped up. The most important thing is that it cleans up the floor while I’m not at home, I have a cat and almost all the time there was fur on the floor. I couldn’t clean every evening after coming home from work, but now I’m very happy I have this robot vacuum cleaner. I tried to use a tissue and check if it cleans well and I was impressed, the floor was very clean. I never had such a clean floor and I have more time to rest.

I really wanted to like the Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni, but daily use has been frustrating. 1) The main brush constantly gets tangled with my long hair (no pets). I have to clean it almost every run. 2) If you enable “clean mop after vacuuming” and cancel the job before mopping, it still washes and dries the mops for no reason! Wasting water, energy, and money... 3) If you set a “vacuum-only” program but manually carry the robot to another room and press start, it ignores the setting and runs a full mop+vac cycle. It recognises the carpet and doesn't mop them, but still walks through all the carpeted area without doing anything. 4) Setting boundaries and no-go zones in the app is not intuitive, and I’m a Software Engineer... Great concept, but the software and logic need major improvements.

Firstly I hesitated to purchase this vacuum robot due to the scores shown on the review.I decided to get it after the recommendation from my sister-in-law who has another Ecovacs model in Canada. After several runs of the machine, my wife really loves it. It mops the floor quite well though it really takes time to finish in one single pass. The auto-lifting feature makes it easily to clean and get through the carpet. The unit is claimed to have 99% edge and corner coverage but it doesn't look like it achieves that in the corners. But in general, I am quite happy for the purchase decision in this price range.

We have just moved into a new property and we have wood flooring all downstairs, I have had an automated hoover before but not like this one. It is intelligent and the app was so easy to use. The robot speaks to you and helps you set it up. Not having the auto empty function on my previous one I was very impressed with how powerful the suction was for emptying the bin on the robot vac. I can’t wait for all my flooring to be finished so I can use the mop function. It’s great also because there is a setting where if you have pets it will go back periodically and empty as it will fill the bin more often. We work long hours so having this little robot keep on top of the hair and dust is a life saver. It’s more compact than I thought which is great too. And it’s very clever how it docks back in and empty’s itself. Overall I am very impressed so far. Reading through the manual to see what other features I can utilise :)
