Product is very easy to use and very fairly priced. The directions are well laid out and easy to follow. The process to test for the mold is not time consuming either. A mold identification guide is included so you can identify the mold yourself, and if you are not completely sure, you can send your pictures to the company (the email address is on the back of the instructions), and they will identify the mold for you and send a detailed report about the type/types of molds. It states that they will email you back in 1-2 days. I emailed on a Saturday, not expecting a response till Monday, but had a detailed response by Saturday night. This type of customer service is refreshing.

This product is absolutely amazing. It did arrive with what appeared to be some of the test containers missing. However; this company made it right by refunding the money. Even with this hiccup, I would 100% recommend using this. It saved me from making a terrible decision and moving into a place that was riddled with mold. Please see pictures. Easy to use. At first I did not think I used it correctly but it takes time to see results. It was extremely accurate and helped me make a decision regarding my health. If you are curious as to whether or not you should purchase this, it is well worth the $30 I spent for peace of mind and to protect my health.

The test kit came in with 12 dishes and easy to use. We sent the molds photos to the company and got the results in three hours! Incredible high efficiency. The results identified the molds we have in the house and gave a very detailed description. Definitely a good purchase.

Man, mold and mildew grow on these things. Only problem is, what kind of mold is it and is it dangerous? Where is it coming from? How do I get rid of it. This is basically a pack of petri dishes with some pictures of potential mold. You have to search the internet to figure out what you've got. The product is fine. I just wish there was a better way to determining what you have and how to get rid of it.

This kit is very easy to use in order to test the air, surfaces, and items for mold. The instructions are clear and come with gloves, test swabs, identifying stickers for the petri dishes as well as individual ziploc bags for each dish. The guide has sample photos of several types of mold, but I still needed help identifying them. I sent photos to the company and they quickly replied in less than a day with their expert identification of what had grown in the dishes. I have used two of the kits and will order again!

This was a quality product and was quick to arrive. They helped us figure out what types of mold we found! The report guy was Scott, and he was super kind and helpful.
