Unsealed product received, without wella company seal.
I recently received the Wella Professional Hair Mask, and I am quite disappointed with the condition of the product. The item arrived unsealed / without the original Wella seal, which immediately raised concerns about authenticity, hygiene, and product safety. A branded product like Wella should always come with proper sealing to ensure it hasn’t been opened, tampered with, or contaminated during transit. Receiving an unsealed product makes it difficult to trust its quality and whether it’s safe to use on hair. For the price and reputation of Wella, I expected a properly packed and sealed item. I request the seller to check their packaging standards and ensure only sealed, genuine products are shipped. I would appreciate a replacement with a properly sealed product or a refund. Not satisfied with this purchase due to the missing seal.
