Well made, classy, functional, great size... keeps ice in tact for hours. Strainer at bottom will catch water when ice starts to melt.

Finely decided to purchase an ice bucket and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this one was. Well constructed and the ladle is an extra plus. You won’t disappointed with this if you are in the market for an ice bucket.

I owe a couple of inexpensive ice buckets, so I have something to compare with. This ice looks good and feels sturdy. It is larger and better looking than my two old buckets. It comes with a slightly elevated strainer to keep the ice away from the melted water and a scoop. The wall of the bucket is thick, which is good, but the metallic lid is its Achilles’ heel; it is too thin. Daytime in our area is about 85 degrees Fahrenheit and 65 degrees Fahrenheit during the nighttime. Last night, before I hit the sack, I stored in it some ice cubes. About seven hours later, all the ice has melted; therefore, functionally, it performs about the same as my old ice buckets. The brand-new container has a few dents, which are a little annoying. Overall, this ice bucket looks great and performs as well as other inexpensive buckets I owe, so it is a passable 3-star-rating product. The dents, which I consider an isolated incident, are not taken into consideration and do not affect this review.
