Unfortunately Faulty product.I ordered 2 of these. (returned first) On right earbud there is consistently wind sound when noise cancellation mode is on.I will return this as well. What a shame.

It’s apple. What can I say. Amazing brand. Amazing delivery. Amazing quality.

As i connected the airpods to the phone it was said to be another persons airpods, i understand that i bought the second hand version but couldn’t they have done a full factory reset to make the product as new as possible for the next costumer now i have to speak to an apple employee to get this fully factory reset since every time i moved around all Iphones near me were notified like i stole the airpods.The airpods itself are very nice, the fit is nice to the ear but hurts a little bit after a few hours of use but that depends on your ear type. Compared to the airpods pro 2 the ANC the airpods 4 fall behind but not that far behind especially for earphones that are ANC without the cups on the end. The case when being shut sounds a little loud but i guess it’s because of the previous owner using it tons. Scratches are minimal and the light is really bright.

Love the noice cancellation. This is definitely the other level!

The ENC mode is amazing and the next person listen crisp voice.Although fitting is in ears is a lil hassle.
