Fleurie Poncereau is fruity as well as floral. It is mellow and elegant but also a racy wine. It has a silky texture and finesse. Full, ripe red fruits are balanced by supple freshness and on the palate with a long finish. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels which enhanced the complexity and structure. Can be paired with the succulent duck , hearty sausage plates with smoked, pork steaks and wildfowl.
