Turmeric has really improved my quality of life
I had arthritic changes diagnosed in my left knee. At the time I could hardly walk for 2 miles without great pain whereas I had previously walked 10-15 miles over Dartmoor with no problem. I suffered like this for 6 months until I met someone who had benefitted from taking turmeric. Although very sceptical, after a bit of research I thought I had nothing to lose in trying the capsules.I noticed an improvement after 10 days of starting them and over the next weeks the pain got less and less until after 6 weeks I was almost completely pain free and back to doing my long distance walks. This has continued now for more than 18 months. I have been taking 600mg x 2 daily but as the dose on your pot is 1 capsule daily I will try that and see if I notice any difference

A big surprise!
I, like many reviewing this supplement was sceptical, but decided to try tumeric for my joint pains, specifically pains in my hands and fingers.I researched and settled on puretality, a decent price and not too exorbitant if there was no effect.All I can say is at some point while taking the capsules as recommended, The pains in my hands dissipated – I was so used to them that it took a while to register that something was different, and then one evening taking the capsule it dawned on me that almost all the ache and stiffness had disappeared. I’ve never experienced an immediate and quantifiable result from any supplement before. These worked for me, and I recommend this particular brand, as I have friends who have tried vastly more expensive brands that were not effective, and did not have the black pepper addition.I’m so sure of the effect they’ve had that I’ve no problem in keeping up taking the capsules daily, – I often do fall by the wayside with vitamin or probiotic supplements.So, highly recommended, and I hope they work for you too!

Seem to be good quality and value
I have been using these for approx 10 days now and they seem to be every bit as good as my previous brand.The capsules are a rich turmeric colour and are well packaged.They are completely organic , suitable for vegans and contain 600mg of Turmeric and 5g of Black Pepper. They are certified organic by the Soil Association.At this price I would definitely purchase again.

Life changing
It was at the suggestion of my sister in law that I tried these I'd had a cortisone injection due to osteoarthritis in my hand affecting my fine motor movement also in my hips and knees. I ordered it as soon as we got back from holiday its been 4 months but the effects really are life changing I'm not saying I can run marathons but my mobility compared to how it was in September last year to today is amazing, as for my hands I have days where its still uncomfortable but usually because I don't know when to call it quits but I can pick things up hold them in my fingers and not suffer excruciating pain that I once did.

A skeptic cured
I have been active all my life. I thought nothing of walking 5 miles to work or cycling as a main form of transport but as I aged my knees gave out. I got osteoarthritis on my knees and old ligament injuries from rugby started to make themselves known. I had arthroscopes and was told to take anti inflammatory medications but over the years I got used to the nagging pains until I met someone who convinced me to stop taking Ibuprofen/naproxen and start taking turmeric capsules. I did and at first not much happened but within a few weeks I noticed my knees didn't ache, they stopped locking, and I could squat once again. I'm shocked by the change and I'll be honest I am still a bit skeptical. I'd recommend these capsules to anyone with aches and pains. It might not work but for a few quid it's worth a try and prescription medication fees in the UK (if you're not exempt) are a lot higher than 3-6 month jar of turmeric caps .FYI my dose is 600mg 3 times a day. More than the jar says and I take it with a small glass of ice cold semi skim or full fat milk.

Brilliant
The capsules arrived on time and I have only taken two but already, I have noticed a difference in my pain. The pain that I was experiencing from arthritis in my back and leg, has noticeably diminished, after only TWO capsules! They are easy to swallow and I can smell that they are strong and contain what they are supposed to contain, i.e. Turmeric and black pepper. I am sure that they are going to be part of my pain control regime. I would, recommend this brand and seller.

Given time these improve joint pains
I've been taking these for around a month after being highly skeptical that they would do anything. I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees. I've been taking these for a month, along with doing recommenced exercises daily. these have really helped with my knee pain. I'm even able to run a short distance for the bus! something that would've been impossible 2 months ago.
