This is really good and easy to use. The next day after use you can feel that it has definitely worked your muscles. Arrived the following day after ordering. I would recommend this product.

I love this board. It was recommended by a friend who was recuperating from a serious illness. It is a wonderful way to move your muscles and improve your balance if, like me, you are not able to do much strenuous exercise.For the fit ones, there are all sorts of exercises that you can do with the attached bands.

I wasn't overly impressed with this. Had read lots of reviews and have purchased JML products before and liked them. At £200 it wasnt the cheapest or most expensive.I decided it wasnt for me so requested a return. However the buyer has to pay for the return costs with no reimbursement.The item is extremely heavy and would have cost a fortune to return so I decided rather than throw that amount of money away on a postage charges I would just keep it.So much for having 28 days no quarrel refund.Very disappointed

If you are using to improve your Balance this is not for you.... I find it very difficult getting on and offwith no support. and I would suggest you go into the stance you want because when on it tips and you loose your Balance this is something to watch out for. This product is excellent. It is the best product that I have ever bought. It was also delivered well before the date given. I could not ask for more.

Brought this power plate after some research. Easy to use. Tension ropes seem short but makes work out harder, which must be good. Not seen any difference in body measurements yet, time will tell.
