Terrible instructions
The instructions suck. It’s hard to build and the unclear instructions make it an extremely annoying experience

Poor quality!!
I bought this chair directly through ink beds not from Amazon. It’s is a pain in the butt literally. My tattoo clients complain constantly that it is uncomfortable and not enough padding. When laid down it has absolutely zero padding in the joint where it bend so people get a metal bar in their back or hip bones laying on their stomach. The legs are WAY to short and they hang down at an angle. I have used this everyday for two years and it has been bad sense the beginning. When you lock the wheels it still moves all over. Has horrible stability I have had 3 people now flip it because they were not perfectly centered on it. Bolts have snapped and falling off all over underneath. Save your money and buy an electric chair if you don’t want to be like me having tu nice this thing manually into all these different positions for different Tattoo’s. Worst 1000 dollars I ever spent. They should make little effort into making something quality instead of making crap that we just need to throw out. Iam saving my money to get something that’s actually useful!!

Could use better material/instruction for price
How do we get arms for this product I don’t see it available anywhere including your actual website? The chair works fine now that I switched the location of the hinge. It’s not very obvious at all based on the instructions. It’s 2025 I think all products you have to build yourself, especially a chair that’s $700-800 should warrant a video step by step so we don’t have to interpret the terrible instructions. The hinge on the leg also broke just by using it.
