Well made so much better for tricep your able to rotate the wrist down tobl hit the forearm and really hit the head on the triceps.

So much better than just holding the cable by itself what a game changer. Love the grip.

Overall, good quality and well made. My only issue is that you have to pay attention to hex nut coming loose from normal use. If you don't and the handle comes loose when you are using it and you have the tension of weight on it, it could prove to be disastrous. I put blue lok-tite on mine to prevent this from happening.

I use these mostly with resistance bands. The swivel feature is awsome. Fit the hand perfectly. These handles will bring your gym closer to being fully equiped.
