This was recommended by my arthritis doctor, an MD and it's really helped- especially my hands. Before using this, I could pull just a few weeds before my hands cramped up but now I can weed for hours.

Be patient going through the phases because it’s worth it! I experienced a noticeable difference within 4 days and I’m still going through the phases. Some days are awesome with no pain. When the pain slips through it’s not as bad as the original pain. Looking forward to finding my maintenance level. Really cuts back on the painkillers and my liver likes that. M

Without even opening the bottles, I am flabbergasted at the actual program and quantity required to even start. I bought two 60 count bottles for my husband and I to try. I all the info online in the description, there is nothing about the quantity we would actually each take every day. There was nothing about "detox" which required 6 pills a day each for 90 days. With what I bought, we had enough for one person for 20 days. The program keeps you on 3-6 a day after 90 days forever.... This is a complete rip off. We were led to believe this would give us a 1 month trial with each bottle. It may work but I will pursue other options.. if they can't be transparent in what is required, how can i trust this is legit. Buyer beware../

Works for me

I am a very heavy person, with a lot of pain in my legs, and experience restless legs at night. Also have issues getting up from my desk chair after working many hours in my home office. I had tried this product in the past, but wasn't sure if it really worked. My legs were hurting so much, I thought I would give these another try, even though they are expensive (in my opinion.) I stopped most of my other supplements, including glucosamine/chondroitin and potassium. I started on these the day after I received them. The first night I felt relief and was able to sleep longer than usual. I am on day 10 (see the book and follow the regimen.) I'm not 100% better, but I have been able to sleep better and I can get up easier after sitting for a long time. Over time and regular use of this product, I feel like this is a good product.
