Good Times Xpress Redi Set Go Cooker

Thanks. This is my second Ready Set Go Cooker. I am a very satisfied customer. My first one I'd had for years. The bell went first but it still kept cooking just fine. I had to watch it to know when it was finished but then I have a regular timer too so that is nothing. It was the non-stick coating going that told me to get a new one. I prayed they were still being made since I hadn't heard anything for so long on TV about them.Thank you for still making it cause it is a good little cooker. My old one was so old I don't know for sure just how old it was maybe close to 7 years. I just love the little red one.

I read the reviews and I'm really surprised cause I love this little machine. I have had mine for over a year and we use it every day. I'm actually about to buy a second one so I have it in my motorhome. I had the old silver one and I'll be honest I didn't care for it because everything came out in the same shape and I felt it was limiting....but the new red one with it's different pans is great! I agree that the timer is not the best...my numbers wiped off after about a week but I know where the time was so it has not been a problem. Yes it makes a popping noice when it's heating/cooking but that's how I know it's working :) I think that one of the reasons I love it so much is I only cook in the removable pans so I just remove and flip it out.... nothing ever sticks in it. I usualy use the large round removable pan any thing from cake, cookies, fried burritos, eggs, you name it and you can probably cook it in here. There is a cook book sold on here for this little machine and the recipes are easy and great. I bought one for my mother-in-law for her birthday cause she lives alone and doesn't like to cook big meals...she loves hers too. I'm sorry that people have had trouble but I wanted to be sure and leave a rave review so people can see it's wonderful!

I bought one of these cookers years ago when first came out,it finially quit working,found this online decided to buy another one.The price was much higher from years ago.,still a good bargain.I recommend buying this product to any one.The sellar got the cooker out and fast shipping. CARL DULEY

I rather like it; of course it doesn't do EVERYTHING...but for what it can do, it's very good. I did eggs in it; came out really well; actually, they were poached eggs, not fried as I used water instead of oil. I also did oatmeal in it, big mistake LOL...but it did cook it, just left a film on the edge of the pans....may try it again to 'perfect' it......I have heated Lean Pockets in it, also turkey dogs & of course grilled cheese sandwiches.....it does the job! no odors or popping sounds as i've read in other reviews...I think the 'thing' about these TV deals is that you may get a really good one, which I did, and you may get a clunker, which some of the other reviewers did.......but it's small and easy to clean and just right for one person, maybe two? not sure! lol.....anyway, I like it but just wished they had a pan that was like the inside......I use foil a lot when cooking things.....& PAM cooking spray from time to time............all in all, I"m pleased with it....and the bright cherry red kinda perks up my countertop!!

The timer knob never seemed to work correctly, it woundn't ring if it was just set for a minute or two. And then it broke off. This is only after a few uses.And the "non-stick" surface is not all that non-stick. It was very hard to clean even though we followed directions for using cooking spray and following recipes in the books they send.It was not good to cook for eggs, what a mess.The steak was tasty, but that was one of things that really was hard to clean off.The only good thing I can say from the few uses, was the mini cinnamon buns it makes. They were very very good and did not stick. But being the unit is broken, we decided not just to keep this just to make mini cinnamon buns.It was fun to use for a few tries around the holidays, but they would have to improve the quality and non-stick surface for this to be worth it, even for someone who is single and wants it for a few quick meals. I just don't see it lasting very long.

Like many others I seen the late night commercial and the woman managed to convince me to order one.Experience:So I got the cooker in last night and tried it out this morning I cooked a simple scrambled egg sandwich. I beat two eggs salt and peppered them to my liking and cooked them in the divider insert pan, the eggs took 6 minutes to cook rather than the 3 minutes it was suppose too but thats ok I guess. I then grated some cheese and took a large crescent roll cut it in half put the cheese and eggs into it and put that back into the cooker and left it in for about 1 and a half minutes to get the roll crispy. The end result turned out ok.pros: the device is small and fine for a single person to cook simple meals in.Cons: the build quality of the machine seems pretty poor, there seems to be something rattling around in the top half of the machine and the inserts have the top half covered in the black non stick with the back half looking like crap with over spray from when they did the top and otherwise bare metal. On one of them there was lose powder stuck to the back from when I assume they powder coated the top. I had to thoroughly scrub all of this off before I felt comfortable cooking with them.Overall if you are looking for a cooking machine like this one, there are many of these on the market and I do believe you can find one with much higher build quality with a similar price tag. I would pass on this. Shop around a little more and find something better.

I am only giving this a bad rating because of the state this arrived in. It was filthy, and clearly had been used, and was in no way new, like it stated on the site. It was also missing several items, like the cookbook, and spatula. With that said, this thing makes the best grilled sandwiches, and puffy omelette sever, and in no time flat. Once I tracked down the cookbook I really had fun with it. I would recommend it, just from a different seller!!
