I feel like this form of shilajit may not be for me. I much prefer the powder form in capsules. It's much more tolerable, although I'm not sure if the bioavailability is quite the same. This does seem like great quality, however it may not be something every individual can take down. I don't believe it should be an issue. If you have experience with consuming this in the past, quality seems to be on par with high quality videos I've seen on it. Very mixed feelings about this stuff seems pure but why would they have you scoop it with metal if it’s pure? Cause metal will make pure shilajit oxidate & they provide you with a spoon.
