Performs as advertised. The plastic mounting cradle grips the phone firmly when the case is open (when the phone is in use). The spine or hinge for the cover is on the left, so in order to place a voice call, you can fold the cover back under the base, so that the phone can be gripped during the voice call in the normal way (same as without a case). The magnetic latch engages with just the right amount of force to keep the case closed. The case adds very little thickness to the phone package when "encased". All the ports and buttons are accessible when the phone is in the open case. Closing the case hides the volume button, but that's ok. Construction quality appears to good. I would buy this again, as the price is reasonable.

maybe slightly better considering what I paid
I have used this for a few months and it has held up decent. It was about what I expected, maybe slightly better considering what I paid. To me a decent phone case would last about a year, and this one will not. But It was good for the price.

Bought this for my wife so she could carry some cash and cards with her phone. Problem is with even one card in this case the cheap magnet closure no longer works.
