RevoSunglasses Traverse: Polarized Lens with Mountaineering Wrap Frame

Revo lenses were amazing! But I have a petite face: 4’11” and long face, so the sunglases were way too big for my face. But the frames still felt more secure than other plastic frames. Wish I could say more about its durability but I immediately returned them. I compared it to my polarized Oakley’s and photo chromatic ski goggles to see how it worked for mountaineering and the view was so colorful, clear, and great for my eyes sun tolerance. Hoping I can find some Revo for petite faces. Honestly, even with other brands i sometimes wear children’s sizes. 🤷🏽‍♀️

These glasses are amazing and 100% worth it.

Light, fits well, looks good, great lens, though I replaced it with a prescription lens. Third pair. I love these.

Side covers separated within the forst few hours of wear. Contacted Revo in hopes that they could send me replacements (maybe a few extra?) but was told to go through an arbitrary claims process. Returned instead and replaced with Oakley Clifdens which turned out to be much better in multiple categories.

The sides are reinforced with a flimsy piece of leather grommeted over the arms. As soon as Amazon’s “return window” closed, one side broke off and the side protection is useless. These are not well made at all.

I have 4 pairs of these now. I bought them for the side protection to protect the fragile eye skin from the sun. Yes, the sides are a thin leather, but I like this because it provides better skin protection for me. There are other glacial glasses out there with plastic sides but for me the sun still gets in. The sides do come off occasionally if handled roughly, but it's easy to get it back on; it's a small hole into which the leather piece attaches.
