Great Device
Honestly just a great device however I would like it more if there were less athlete and celebrity collabs, thus a cheaper and a more accessible price for everyone.

ECG not working
Took Life subscription just for ECG but not working, tried 30 times, and spend more than 2hours reading topics and trying everything but not working. Will ask for downgrade or even refund and get apple watch. Very disappointed. You guys should fix this ASAP.

Failure to provide subscription
Update: Support advised to unpair and reconnect the band. After that app recognised Life Subscription for a year and works fine. Overall it's ok, but taking a star off for the process. Original review --------------------------- When using the device app doesn't recognize that it should come with 12 months membership and keeps asking to upgrade. Without upgrade you don't get the features. So you will spend a lot of time and effort sorting it out of with support
