Really cool tool — huge upgrade for clean, safe coping cuts
This coping sled is a fantastic addition to my router table setup. It holds workpieces securely and square, and the rail guide keeps everything perfectly aligned through the cut. The difference in control is huge — no wobble, no twist, and it completely eliminates end-grain blowout on cabinet door rails and drawer fronts. The build quality is solid, the adjustments are straightforward, and it gives you that “confidence boost” you want when doing precision joinery. Cuts come out clean and consistent every time. If you do any stile-and-rail work or just want safer, more accurate coping passes, this sled is really cool and absolutely worth having in the shop.

Great Sled!
I'm making new cabinet doors and regardless of my efforts, I could not cut a decent tenon; they all came out looking terrible. So I go this Rail Guide sled and now all of my tenons come out perfect! It was straight forward to assemble and it is very easy to use with my router table. It was worth every penny in the investment to get great looking rails for my doors. I would definitely purchase it again!

Works as intended. Clamp is chintzy.
Worked great for my needs. The clamp is cheaply made, but the cost was a lot lower than others on the market. Went together easily. I would buy it again.

Nice coping jig
Nice jig. I probably should have just made one but I was too lazy. Assembly is pretty easy. Not difficult. The directions are confusing but you can hardly make a mistake with assembly. I am not crazy about the toggle clamp as it is adjustiible and always seems to need adjustment. Not a big deal. The clamp has a big rubber end. smaller end would have been nicer as the big end seems to extend over the clamping bar. I just put a second piece of wood next to the one I am cutting to get more clamping area. I used a hand clamp too. Can be a little cumbersome to set up the bit since you have to compensate for the height of the jig and the clamps are in the way during setup. Overall a great buy. I wont use this thing that often and this one is just the right price.

Happy with my purchase, materials cost to make alone almost pays for this.
Not sure what the complaints are about. This works well. Easy to see and a sacrificial board is expected to reduce tear out. Does not have to be the same wood and end can be cut off and sacrificial board reused several times depending on the length used and dept of cut. For repeat cuts it does not need to be changed. The clamp mechanism works fine and is like most I use on DIY. Ensure proper adjustment and that the unit is solid on mount - see below fix...It will hold the piece firmly down. It is simple which I like. Negative: I did have to add some lock washers as the bolts are about 1-2mm long for the provided hardware. I would rate as 4.5 stars.

Decent product but stunk of mildew
The box arrived smelling of the worst mildew you can imagine. The plastic handles, knobs and metal parts were in sealed plastic bags and were fine. The other plastic parts were wiped down with Colrox wipes and the odor was gone. The base is a plastic covered fiber substrate. The wipes cleaned the plastic but a thorough wetting of the substrate was marginal at best. After it dried I sealed the fiber with shellac that seems to have worked. The wipes did nothing on the sacrificial wood backer block which went into the trash. I bought this because I don't have time to build one at this moment. Otherwise I would have sent it back. It is not a bad product for the price.

A great confidence building tool!
Just getting in to making cabinet doors with a router and in order to allay some of my nervousness about cutting the tenons I took a wild swing at this tool. It was easy to assemble and calibrate and was easy to use. I felt totally safe routing the stock and am very pleased I made this purchase.

Top Quality, Easy Assembly, Easy Use
I needed a coping sled for end cuts on a couple of replacement boards I am making for a Seeburg jukebox. This was the least expensive option I could find that seemed solid. And it is! Easy to assemble, good directions. For this trepid amateur wood worker this turned out to be a solid tool and easy tool to use. This coping sled very firmly holds a board in place and is intuitive to use making these vital end cuts a breeze. I highly recommend this product.
