How do you wire in your receiver to this board?

You don't its a power distribution board

what cell battery and esc is this pdb compatible with?

I did not use it for a drone build. I used it for a diaramma. The diaramma has a 12 volt power supply and feeds 7 led lights flawlessly. Hope this helps.
