I like the product. It really kept me sweating as promised. I did my upper body workouts, and even tried a spin class in it. I was drenched with sweat. I would give it 5 stars however the neoprene started to separate after about three weeks of training. I contacted the seller Paukaa Brands, they were TOTALLY understanding and provided me with a full refund. 5 STARS for customer service alone. I will definitely shop around for products from this seller. The phone carrying case is awesome!! No issues!! I would definitely recommend this product. Thank you Joe!!!

I rate it 4 stars only because it didn't fit me. The waist belt is made of quality and is slightly thinner then other ones I have used in the past. The business followed up with me on my purchase 3 times through email making sure everything was ok. I finally got back to them and told them the issue and was refunded for my purchase, by far outstanding customer service !

I tried the Belt for the first time yesterday. The size was a true size and the belt didn't irretitate my skin. I don't know yet if it helps me to slim down on my waistline yet. But I am stasified with my purchase.

Not sure if it does anything. I only wear it when I'm riding the exercise bike. It comes off sweaty, but I sweat a lot if I'm wearing it or not.

The sweat after using this thing is crazy! Fits snug without that tight feeling and does support better posture. My only complaint is depending on the exercise the flaps will sometime fold over which is super annoying and uncomfortable

The waist trimmer not that bad, but it did not last for me. I would estimate about 2 to 3 weeks before it started to shred.

This is a great ab trimmer belt. You will sweat in the mid-section even wearing it for 30 minutes around the house. The belt is comfortable and does not fold over when you sit. I bought an XXL, my waist is about 40 inches and would fit someone with a larger waist too. I have plenty overlap to sit comfortably and work out in the gym. I recommend this belt. The velcro is solid too so you don't have to worry about it coming off on it's own if you are doing stretches. The belt stays in place.

It did come with my free iPhone arm case that was a steal (: and this trainer fit perfect . I did sweat in it as a ran on treadmill and workout.
