You are about to read the most honest and real review about this product here. Please proceed...Let me start off by saying that I'm not a fitness model, trainer nor work for GNC. I'm just a regular guy who works a Monday-Friday job and has the weekends off and goes out and has fun. I don't eat a lot of junk but I love my buffalo and blue cheese along with some deli sandwiches. I do consume alcohol a few times a week and I'm a pretty social guy.That being said, once or twice a year I'll purchase a cleanse to detox my body. I think it's a good idea for everyone to do this to clean out all of the toxins in your body from all the bad food you've eaten all year, alcohol intake along with all the drug and medications that you consumed. Remember this, to COMPLETELY detox your body, you will have to at least perform a 2 week cleanse. A 30 Day cleanse is optimal but please don't think an overnight or 2-Day cleanse is going to detox your body. That's incorrect. It takes time for everyone's body to flush out all of the bad toxins and start fresh again.I honestly didn't have high hopes losing a lot of weight with this product but I did lose a little. When I started this cleanse, I was overall in pretty good shape. I lift weights regularly 4-5 times a week and perform cardio with my workout regimen. I'm 5'11 weighed 208 lbs when I started the cleanse. After the two weeks, I dropped down to about 203 lbs. So I only lost 5 lbs but that was mainly due to the strict organic consumption of food that I was eating, not the cleanse. I really didn't suffer from any side effects except for the second phase of the cleanse. If you read reviews about this product, many will state the same. It was minor and that was just your body reacting to the natural herbs of the cleanse. That feeling means your cleanse is doing its job.Overall, the product DOES work. Regardless of all the negatives out there, you're going to find that with pretty much every single cleanse here on Amazon or out in the internet. Body cleanses outcomes are going to be different for everyone. If you follow the instructions for the cleanse and eat exactly what it says then you will see a significant difference. If you don't follow the cleanse strict nutrition and eat junk and consume alchohol everyday then yea, this product will NOT work for you nor any other cleanse. Its simple folks, follow the instructions for two weeks out of your life for a healthier you.I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 because the cleanse really didn't "Wow" me as I thought it would. Again, this product DOES work but I only lost 5 lbs and the Probiotic Complex dose should've been higher. If this product had the Probiotic Complex at 25 billion CFU's instead of 12.5, then you would see 5 stars there. Overall a great product, would order again maybe yearly. I like that there are several separate steps to the program, it's not just "drink this every day for a week" or "take these pills for 2 weeks' or whatever. It gradually moves you through the system over time.I coupled this with a vegetarian (I'm normally a carnivore....) diet including lots of home-made vegetarian broth to drink and lost an average of a pound per day through the system for the first 9 days then just 1 more pound for the last 5. 10 pounds in 2 weeks, pretty darn happy about that but it does show that I should do a cleanse more than once every few years. I'll do this one once/year and another one 6 months later probably, to mix it up. I've kept all but 1 pound of the lost weight off.Another thing, the purging with this cleansing system wasn't bad whatsoever. Sometimes you end up with a cleanse that makes you run to the bathroom all the time, this one is pretty gentle by comparison.last note, the pills will probably make you burp a lot like they did for me, especially for the first 30 minutes or so after you take them. Just part of what you have to deal with, luckily I was usually in my car on the way to work during that time and not in a meeting with 10 people.I will buy this product again.-D

I've used other cleanses that have worked better than this one. This by itself isn't supposed to be a diet supplement but part of an overall plan to cleanse your body and kick-off or continue a healthy diet. Please don't expect this to be a miracle weight loss. The diet plan included can be cumbersome to follow unless you have a lot of time to cook (shop) and prepare your meals. Just be sensible with your diet and this can help.

I started working with a personal trainer, and he recommended I start doing this particular cleanse every 3 months. I just completed my first 14 day course, and I'm really happy with the results. First and foremost, let me say this- this is not a weigh-loss miracle drug. You're not going to drop 10 lbs without changing some habits. That being said, if you cut crap out of your diet, stop drinking alcohol, and exercise, this supplement is an excellent addition to your daily regiment. I learned the main thing this supplement will do is clean out your digestive system. The first two days you take an orange-flavored drink that gets your colon working overtime. The next 5 days are a course of herbal supplements, and the last 7 days are probiotics and some more colon cleansers.You will be moving your bowels a lot more than normal. You'll also see your belly bloat go away. You will feel better if you follow the instructions and eat a healthy diet. I was definitely skeptical of this stuff, but I'm a believer after 14 days. Just make sure you stock up on toilet paper and reading material- you're going to be in the bathroom more than you'll know :)Overall a 5-star product. I just ordered 2 more as my trainer told me to do this every 3 months.

I followed directions as instructed. Lost 5#, but expected more. Must be my body working against all the healthy food & drink I put in it. I did learn a lot from the eating plan, but will find other ways to clean out my system. Probably works well for others.

I lost 10 -11 pound with product. I didnt eat any proccesed food and I worked out every night and I didnt eat after 6 pm cheated with time on weekends. But Istress no fast foods. Def feel better and lighter and less bloated. I did it to kickstart my wieghtloss journey. I recommed it to anyone who is serious about losing the wieght. It wont work if you dont deadicate yourself to it. Ps. I drank alot of lemon water 4 16oz bottles a day. Will buy it again in 6 months.

Did not do a thing. Watched a youtube video review of this so thought I would give it a try. All it did was taste gross. No cleansing.
