I bought this access code because I was told it lasts for two years after you activate it, meaning you should have access to the textbook for 2 years after you register your account before your subscription expires. I bought this code in August of 2018 and now when I try to long in it is saying my subscription has expired and I can't access my textbook. This may not be a problem for everyone if you only need the etext for one semester, however it was a huge inconvenience for me because I have a course next semester that requires the same Textbook and I was under the impression I wouldn't have to buy this access code again, however now it looks like I will. Just make sure you know for sure if you only need this etext for one semester because if not I would recommend buying this access code along with the physical book
