We purchased Byjus for grades 7 - 10. Following were the issues:No standard pricing: We paid 58K for the 4 grades (14500 per grade) including 10 in tablet. While their websites report 30K per grade. At first we thought it was a good deal but then we found there are many others who have gotten for 10K also. Overall I felt cheated.Sales & Customer service: We were given false promises by the sales representative, Mr. Akul Jagga which he could not deliver. Overall the customer service was also very poor. We got SD card for incorrect course. One SD card did not work properly. The tablet was not configured the way it was promised. When we reached out to Akul, he did not pay much attention as it was already purchase. Customer service also responds on queries 2-3 days late.Overall, they do not care once the product is sold.Content: This is also average. The ones which are on promotions are the best but once you purchase they are average. Many of them have basic grammar and conceptual issues. Cannot rely for students in formative years.Stay away from this product. There are many others coming up in this area.

Good tablet study tool

Beware of Byju's and their sales team. This is just a overhyped Marketing made brand which delivers just lies lies & lies to close the sales and get payment that's after they will get vanished. They sold us ₹65000/- subscription for my son while they took appointment and visited us only for free counseling session of my son. As we didn't found their content that personalised for our kid they are neither responding our mails nor refunding money, we are harrassed now their sales guy so called councellor will come on your head on same councelling time to pay enrollment fees and as you paid they will never turn up back.

We have bought the Byju App with the Lenovo tablet. It was the worst ever experience. Ever.1. The support from Lenovo is pathetic. We had to throw away the Tab, within the warranty period. Both Byju and Lenovo does not care about you.2. The so called mentoring is almost non existent. Help:No way.3. The escalation does not work.4. Feedback about the performance of your ward is not there.5. The helpline is useless too.Ultimately the services ended up spoiling my son's educational performance. I am writing this on my to save people from being penalized for no apparent fault of theirs.

Its confused step by step to understand.We can get much knowledge by tuition classes. That is very much good to take classes rather than the apps.
