Absolutely fantastic, replaced my 2 watches batteries in no time at all, I usually get my batteries from Amazon and replace the dead battery for a new one except from my favourite watch, which had to be done by the Jeweller in town for 8 pounds last year! So so pleased that I managed it with an ease with the Paxcoos Watch Press Tool in no time at all.

I once tried to change a battery on an old press-fit watch back. I only succeeded in denting the back with a pair of pliers after several goes at pressing it back with my fingers. I knew then that I needed a device that could apply high pressure evenly all round the circumference. This very economical tool does that and comes with plates that fit any size of watch. The only negative was the case opening tool wasn't sharp enough to insert for levering the back off the watch. But any good penknife will do that trick. All in all a good buy.

So far I have been lucky just fitting watch backs with a soft cloth and desk. but one I could not do , so I purchased this.Straight out the box , found the right size dies and hey presto, back now on, works a treat. also the back removal tool being smaller than my current one got a back off a watch I couldn't get off. double bonus.

Easy to use although when I started I managed to break the glass on my wifes expensive watch, but using the kit I managed to refit a replacement glass and changed the battery.Phew :)

This device is essential when replacing the battery in certain watches.I am happy with it.

The press came without any instructions and it was left to myself to find the most suitable size tools for my watch, it is fairly obvious that you do not press on the glass but even when I got a back and front I thought was suitable it did not seem to close enough to push the back on, I then took it to someone who had a fly press, I used your plastic tools and the press but it still wouldn't close so I am not sure what is wrong, the press may be suitable for less stubborn backs

Have used this numerous times to maintain my watch collection, makes the job much easier

Product achieved in seconds what I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to achieve for several days. Four unusable watches are now fully functional, with the aid of appropriate batteries. Delivery of product was as promised by Amazon.

This product was perfect. The instructions for using the press could be a little better though. My wife had 7 watches that needed batteries, 4 of which I had to really struggle to get the backs off and after replacing the battery, I was unable to get the back on no matter what I did. With the press I was able to snap them all back on quite easily. I also tested the tool for removing the backs and it worked 100% better than a pen knife. Considering the $20 price and the fact that a jeweler would charge $10 - $20 a pop, it already paid for itself saving me $20 - $60.

Exactly what I wanted, good quality and replaced my crystal with no fuss.I would however suggest purchasing a watch case holder (as it does not come included with one). I personally had a little difficulty opening the caseback without one, but it can be done if you leave one side of the bracelet on.

A strong press with a very sturdy build. If you have more than 5 watches (and you should), this will pay for itself in the first round of battery replacement. Sure, there are other ways to snap the back cover on, but this is effortless and leaves not a single mark on the watch. It comes with a standard issue snap-on back cover removal blade and an adjustable tool for screw-on backs, as well as every size press die you could need. There were some instructions, but just general procedure descriptions. Honestly, though, if you can't figure this out you probably have no business working on a watch anyway. I used it immediately, replacing batteries on 22 watches (I like watches) from huge-faced Citizens and Timex to more average-sized Seikos and Fossils, I even did a couple older Movados, snap-ons and screw-on. Took about 90 minutes. Not a scratch on any one of them. It's a great kit. There's no reason not to have it. A plus is the press is an attractive piece. You could park it on a shelf or mantel and have people ask, "That's pretty cool. What is it?"
