these are just as described and shown! they fit the drilled hole perfectly, they look lovely on my desk. the top piece comes out easily and goes back in-place easily too.

Can't fault the look and finish of these. Good quality.

It’s weight feels heavy (which is nice). However, we mounted it vertically on a side cabinet and the insert cover will not stay in the outer ring in that position. I’m sure if mounted flat on a desk it would be great. Have to put double sided tape on bottom of cover to get it to stay when in the vertical installation position. You’ll need a 2 3/8” hole saw drill bit. The outer insert fits fine in that size opening.

I have a nice desk, with ugly, misplaced, black plastic grommets. I bought 2 of these and they look great on my"cherry" desk. Use a deb of liquid nails to hold the base to the desk after you drill the hole.It really makes the desk look like it should have!Nice!

Not the size it claims to be. After drilling a hole in my cabinet this did not fit.

I ordered these because they were 2 piece and because I can get them in brushed nickel even though I thought the price was a little high. I was having built in cabinets and desk in my office and needed them here so they can make the grommet holes. Thank goodness I got them before they made the holes. First of all they are NOT 2 piece as advertised and shown in the picture. It is a 1 piece. Secondly, they are not 2 3/8. The countertop contractor measured and they are only 2" or 2 1/8. He did not have they size to make the hole in the quartz so he had to use a smaller size and do several holes to make it fit. They are nice but not what was advertised and because not 2 piece I can see the rough edge of the grommet hole. Which is too bad when I spent 25k on a beautiful office space.
