LG 43" Class 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 43UJ6200

We got it for my father's 89th birthday; and he loves it. He is happy, so we are happy.

Good TV or 4K computer monitor, especially for < $500. A few friends have bought these on my recommendation and are very happy.If using as computer monitor, put it on Game mode and turn off all automatic compensations.The color calibration is way off. Be prepared to invest some time correcting it, but it is possible to get gorgrous results.The backlight does dim and brighten on its own, even with all auto features off. This makes it not suitable for photo/video work, but otherwise a great computer monitor.Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime all work fine. Casting video via Wifi Direct also works well.

Words cannot express how disappointed we are with this television. The picture quality, when available, is spectacular. The operating system is easy to navigate and full of choices. However, none of this matters as the LG network keeps crashing and the streaming capabilities are hit and miss at best. The television sits 2 feet above our router, and yet, it is unable to stream HD movies from Google Play. Even worse are the live events such as sports on DAZN. These same things play flawlessly on other devices in our home, much further from the router. If you want a real deal, by a Roku for $39.99.

perfect size for us, great picture. Variable sound set up options were helpful and not too fussy to adjust, as we had trouble catching the dialogue, crashing noises were freakishly loud but couldn't hear what people were saying. We found we needed to add a soundbar to improve dialogue sounds further, but that is likely because we struggle to hear in restaurants, parties with multiple conversations going on, not necessarily fault of the unit! Would have been preferable to have slighltly tiltable screen as we find it glares a bit at the height we have it above us. Picture is excellent, and the menu system is very easy to set up. We don't use cable or satellite, only Netflix and Amazon Prime and YouTube, all of which (and MORE) are easily accessed. The remote even has Amazon and Netflix buttons, to quickly move you over.Price was less than half of original retail price, quickly shipped and easily installed!

Works well for console gaming. Color and brightness along with motion is decent, the tv comes with many presets to adjust to your liking. A feature I really like is the gaming mode, this protects you eyes from long gaming hours which is great.Other cool things:- mirror screen from laptop and- automatically changes to HDR if games allow- New generations consoles will benefit lots of this 4k- built in Netflix app and others- tons of preset color adjustmentsOh and the tv updates, yea.. it's a whole new world.

This TV is a great quality and price-wise purchase. The shipping arrived 1 day later than expected because of bad weather. The sound is very clear but it has absolutely no bass so we will probably purchase an extra sound system. Overall it's seems to be working very well so far!
